Jalapeño Business


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. tequila
  • 0.5 oz. maple syrup
  • 3 strawberries, halved
  • 2 slices jalapeño
  • Dash Peychaud’s bitters
  • 0.5 oz. lime juice
  • 1.5 oz. 7UP®
  • Lime for garnish

Directions

  • Pour tequila, strawberries, jalapeños, and syrup into shaker and muddle.
  • Add ice and shake.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Add a dash of bitters and squeeze of lime.
  • Add 7UP®.
  • Garnish with lime wedge.
