Summer Pisco

There’s nothing more refreshing on a hot day than this cool 7UP Summer Pisco. A little sweet, a little tart, and perfect for the patio. Mix freely, drink responsibly.

A Pisco Sour is a classic Peruvian cocktail. Traditionally, it is made with pisco liquor, sour citrus juice, simple syrup, and an egg white. If that sounds a little too adventurous, don’t worry. The 7UP Summer Pisco is an egg-white-free cocktail inspired by the original and still perfectly delicious.

Tips from 7UP

When it’s your turn to be home bartender and mix drinks for friends and family, upping your garnish game is an easy way to make simple drinks feel fancy. Instead of traditional wedges or wheels on the side of the glass, use colorful or metallic cocktail picks or skewers and slide berries, cherries, citrus, fruit wedges, and even the leaves from herbs onto them.
