The most wonderful time of the year shouldn’t require you to make the most difficult of recipes. That’s where this simple yet elegant 7UP® Holiday Party Punch comes in. Everything but the sherbet goes into the punch bowl. The sherbet gets scooped on top. If you’re feeling festive, garnish freely. Set it on the buffet at your next holiday party, and get on with the good times.

Ingredients

  • 4 L. 7UP®
  • 1 qt. raspberry sherbet, or any desired sherbet flavor
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • Mint leaves and raspberries, for garnish
  • Ready In: 8 minutes
  • Serving Size: 25 people

Directions

  • Add everything except for sherbet into a one-gallon punch bowl.
  • Float scoops of sherbet on top.
  • Let sherbet soften in the punch for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and raspberries.
Best served in a stemless glass

Tips from 7UP

For best results, let the vanilla ice cream get a little (or a lot) soft before mixing. It will more easily combine with the 7UP®. For a more evenly distributed raspberry flavor and rich, red color, stir sherbet into the punch instead of floating it in scoops.
